Tanya Thompson is a proud native New Englander hailing from Southern Maine. Her professional acting credits include, Stella in Bonnie and Clyde (Southgate Productions), Stepmother in Into the Woods (Southgate Productions), Sister Mary Patrick in Sister Act(Southgate Productions), Ensemble in Les MisΓ©rables (Performance Riverside). Tanya has over 20 hours of training in both Fitzmaurice Voicework as well as Theatrical Intimacy Coordination from Theatrical Intimacy Education. She has most recently directed You're a Good Man Charlie Brown at River Tree Arts and served on the Board of Directors for Mad Horse Theatre Company. Tanya is also certified in Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Behavioral Health.

Tanya teaches acting, voice, and dialects for the stage.
