Student Experience Ambassador (SEA)

Student Experience Ambassadors are sophomore, junior or senior students who have a desire to aid new students in the transition from their previous school to Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ. SEA's are trained in developmental conversations, student success topic presentations, and mediation. SEA's are well versed in aiding in student success and acclimation to college student success. LV Scholar Mentor

This Paraprofessional role will provide academic support, serve as a resource during Summer Leadership Academy and the academic year, as well as create a sense of belonging through social connections to Long-Vanderburg (LV) Scholars. This includes first-year LV Scholars who live in the LV Living-Learning Community. To obtain this role, students would have to be a Long-Vanderburg Scholar and have a junior or senior standing.

Student Organization Leader

An involved student is one who devotes considerable energy to academics, spends much time on campus, participates actively in student organizations/activities and interacts often with faculty. Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ University has over 75 registered student organizations.

Fraternity & Sorority Life

The fraternity and sorority community at Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ University includes five men's fraternities and six women's sororities. These organizations provide housing and support for approximately 25% of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ University student body. Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's fraternity and sorority community is dedicated to many things, but most of all, strives to help others reach their greatest potential and to improve the community, working to develop better men and better women.
